{"id":1534,"date":"2022-04-23T18:32:23","date_gmt":"2022-04-23T15:32:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.theoxygenproject.com\/es\/?p=1534"},"modified":"2022-04-23T18:32:23","modified_gmt":"2022-04-23T15:32:23","slug":"huyendo-de-las-huellas-del-sur-migraciones-ambientales-del-siglo-xxi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theoxygenproject.com\/es\/huyendo-de-las-huellas-del-sur-migraciones-ambientales-del-siglo-xxi\/","title":{"rendered":"Huyendo de las huellas del sur: migraciones ambientales del siglo XXI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquellos rastros confirmados con la primera publicaci\u00f3n del Panel Intergubernamental de Expertos sobre Cambio Clim\u00e1tico (IPCC) durante 2021, han determinado la cruda huella de siglos de contaminaci\u00f3n humana, as\u00ed lo ratificaron cientos de cient\u00edficos que participaron de este primer Informe titulado: \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unep.org\/es\/resources\/informe\/cambio-climatico-2021-bases-fisicas-contribucion-del-grupo-de-trabajo-i-al-sexto\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bases F\u00edsicas del Cambio Clim\u00e1tico<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d (1) parte de lo que compondr\u00e1 el sexto Reporte de la organizaci\u00f3n. La profunda responsabilidad en la acci\u00f3n humana por primera vez es despejada de cualquier duda cient\u00edfica, iniciando un revuelo de informaci\u00f3n con noticias alrededor del mundo sobre desastres naturales con cada vez mayor alcance, mostr\u00e1ndonos en virales de TikTok, Tweets, o Reels inundaciones que no cre\u00edmos llegar\u00edan a los vagones del metro, o fuertes e incontrolables incendios debido al azote de las altas temperaturas, reflejo de la aguda crisis clim\u00e1tica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sobre este escenario de cat\u00e1strofe, la migraci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica fue visibilizando de manera creciente la necesidad de definir nuevas estructuras legales, capaces de sostener las olas de personas que han debido abandonar sus hogares por efectos del clima, la contaminaci\u00f3n y sus consecuencias. Tanto en un corto como en un largo plazo, las organizaciones e instituciones han observado los diferentes factores que comprenden estas movilizaciones, sus m\u00faltiples requerimientos, como a su vez la diversidad de condiciones de Latinoam\u00e9rica y el Caribe que ampl\u00edan la vulnerabilidad a estos eventos hacia el sur global.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un segundo Informe del IPCC (2022): \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unep.org\/es\/resources\/informe\/sexto-informe-de-evaluacion-del-ipcc-cambio-climatico-2022\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impactos, Adaptaci\u00f3n y Vulnerabilidad<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d da cuenta de esta problem\u00e1tica, registrando los v\u00ednculos entre el incremento de la vulnerabilidad por medio del \u201cdesplazamiento y migraci\u00f3n involuntaria\u201d(2) debido a \u201cfen\u00f3menos meteorol\u00f3gicos y clim\u00e1ticos extremos\u201d(3), as\u00ed esta crisis clim\u00e1tica tendr\u00eda una directa incidencia en zonas menos preparadas para la adaptaci\u00f3n, produciendo estos movimientos de olas migratorias. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Aquellos rastros confirmados con la primera publicaci\u00f3n del Panel Intergubernamental de Expertos sobre Cambio Clim\u00e1tico (IPCC) durante 2021, han determinado la cruda huella de siglos de contaminaci\u00f3n humana, as\u00ed&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":1538,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mo_disable_npp":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[3,14,10,5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1534","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-accion-climatica","category-agricultura","category-agua","category-cambio-climatico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.3 -
